Pearl of the Island Banquet Hall (“we,” “our,” or “us”) has established the following Booking Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients. By reserving our venue or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Reservation Requirements
All bookings require a signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit. Dates are not secured until both the deposit and agreement are received.
2. Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward the total balance of your event.
3. Payment Schedule
The remaining balance must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your rental agreement. Full payment must be completed prior to the event date.
4. Event Confirmation
Once the deposit and agreement are received, you will receive a written confirmation of your booking. This confirmation serves as proof of your reserved date and time.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your event, deposits are non-refundable. Additional payments may be refundable depending on the cancellation timeline. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their event date. Rescheduling is subject to venue availability. Deposits will be applied to the new date, but additional fees may apply if the new date falls under different pricing terms.
7. Event Timing
Events must begin and end within the time agreed upon in the rental agreement. Additional time may be available for an extra fee, subject to venue availability.
8. Guest Capacity
All events must remain within the maximum guest capacity set by the venue and local regulations. Exceeding capacity may result in cancellation or additional fees.
9. Child Policy
Children are welcome at events but must be supervised at all times. The venue is not responsible for child safety. Any damages caused by unsupervised children will be charged to the renter.
10. Alcohol Policy
Alcohol service must comply with all local laws and venue policies. Hosts are responsible for ensuring responsible alcohol service and guest safety.
11. Decorations and Setup
Decorations are permitted but must not damage the venue. Open flames, confetti, or adhesives that damage surfaces are restricted. All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
12. Cleaning Responsibilities
