Refund Policy

Pearl of the Island Banquet Hall (“we,” “our,” or “us”) has established the following Refund Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients. By booking an event or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Deposits
All deposits made to secure an event date are strictly non-refundable. Deposits confirm your reservation and block the venue for your exclusive use. Without a deposit, dates cannot be guaranteed.
2. Event Cancellations
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you cancel your event, the deposit will not be refunded. Any additional payments may be refunded depending on the cancellation timeline.
- Cancellation Timeline:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of payments beyond the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are not eligible for refunds.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their event date. Rescheduling is subject to venue availability. Deposits will be applied to the new date, but additional fees may apply if the new date falls under different pricing terms.
4. No-Shows
If the client fails to appear or host the event on the scheduled date without prior written notice, all payments made will be forfeited.
5. Venue-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that Pearl of the Island Banquet Hall must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, natural disasters, or government restrictions), clients will be offered either:
- A full refund of all payments made, including deposits.
- The option to reschedule the event at no additional cost.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
7. Third-Party Services
Refunds do not apply to third-party services booked through or recommended by Pearl of the Island Banquet Hall (e.g., catering, entertainment, photography). Clients must contact third-party providers directly for their refund policies.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or inability to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, rescheduling will be prioritized over refunds.
