These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Pearl of the Island Banquet Hall (“we,” “our,” or “us”) facilities, website, and services. By booking an event or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Booking and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Dates are not secured until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your rental agreement.

2. Payment Schedule

Full payment must be completed prior to the event date. Payment deadlines will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy

If an event must be cancelled, written notice must be provided. Deposits are non-refundable. Additional payments may be refundable depending on the cancellation timeline and terms outlined in the agreement.

4. Event Timing

Events must start and end within the time agreed upon in the rental agreement. Additional time may be available for an additional fee, depending on venue availability.

5. Decorations

Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls, floors, furniture, or fixtures. Open flames, confetti, or adhesives that damage surfaces are restricted. All decorations and trash must be removed at the end of the event.

6. Damage Liability

The renter is responsible for any damages to the venue, furniture, or equipment that occur during the event. Repair or replacement costs may be charged if damage occurs.

7. Noise and Music

Music volume must comply with local regulations and venue guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for guests and neighboring businesses.

8. Guest Capacity

All events must remain within the maximum guest capacity set by the venue and local regulations. Exceeding capacity may result in cancellation or additional fees.

9. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol service must comply with all local laws and venue policies. Hosts are responsible for ensuring responsible alcohol service and guest safety.

10. Cleaning Responsibilities

Basic cleaning is included with venue rental. However, excessive mess, damages, or failure to remove personal items may result in additional cleaning fees.

11. Child Policy

Children are welcome at events but must be supervised at all times. The venue is not responsible for child safety. Any damages caused by unsupervised children will be charged to the renter.

12. Use of Website and Services

By using our website and booking system, you agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent activity. All communications through the website, including SMS and email, must comply with applicable laws.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking or submitting inquiries, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

14. Compliance with Laws

All events and services must comply with local, state, and federal laws. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the event without refund.

15. Limitation of Liability

Pearl of the Island Banquet Hall is not liable for personal injury, lost property, or damages beyond those directly caused by venue negligence. Hosts are responsible for guest safety and conduct during events.

16. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
